Student Screening Registration

 

At the start of Term 2 2023 there is a slight change in process for student’s registering to undertake a GoodSpace Schools screening survey. Any new surveys will now ask students to enter their student email rather than their student id after entering the screening survey code. The revised process is outlined below.

Step 1: Click on the Survey Link

Students need to be sent the link to GoodSpace Schools platform along with the screening survey code. Students can either cut and paste or type the address into their web browser, or simply they can also be provided the link in an email for students to click on:

Step 2: Enter the Survey Code

After clicking on the link students will land on the GoodSpace Schools welcome page and will be asked to enter their survey code. They can either cut and paste or type the screening code.

Step 3: Enter the Student email
This will then take them to the next step which will be for them to enter their school email address. 

Step 5: Complete the screening survey

The student will then be taken through the screening survey, with an explanatory introduction to each section, and a progress bar so they can see how many questions they have left to complete.

Step 4: Enter User Details

All fields with a red asterix are mandatory and need to be completed by the student. The student id and mobile number are now optional fields. You can advise your students to complete or not as per your school policy.
